On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, Southern Communications Group solemnly convened its Workers’ Congress. This landmark session concurrently advanced the Third Meeting (Third Session) of the Southern Campus and launched the inaugural meeting of the Yingke Campus.

The Congress commenced to the national anthem, followed by substantive agenda items.

Trade Union Chairs Zhang Xiongying and Ge Yuelai delivered the Work Report of the Trade Union, providing a comprehensive review and blueprint for enhancing employee services and workplace harmony.

Sun Zhibin, Audit Committee Member of the Yingke Campus Union, presented the Financial Work Report, ensuring transparent fund management.

Representatives engaged in robust deliberations on the Enterprise Collective Contract and Employee Handbook to safeguard workers’ rights and standardize corporate governance. Key proposals addressing staff concerns were discussed, fostering open democratic channels.

The Yingke Campus inaugural meeting held preparatory sessions, reviewing and approving preparatory reports, delegate qualifications, and presidium nominations.

The Congress closed to the melody of The Internationale, marking a matured, standardized phase in democratic management. This milestone will mobilize employees’ initiative and creativity, injecting fresh dynamism into the Group’s innovation and high-quality growth in telecommunications manufacturing.
